For example: Simply record one message on extension 201 and it is automatically copied to 4 more extensions, 202, 203, 204, and 205. This saves you time in setting up your system. There is no need to describe the property multiple times like other systems require you to do.

Nationwide Toll Free Number ^top
Included with every system is a nationwide toll free number that can be accessed throughout the United States (including Canada). You will typically be assigned a number beginning with 888, 877, or 866. You also have the option for the following ($30 one time charge for each).
- Transfer an existing toll free number
- Request an original "800" number
- Request a vanity number i.e. BUY-HOUS, GET-LOAN, etc.
Live Call Forwarding ^top
After a prospect listens to your message they have the option of receiving more information via fax or connecting directly to your business. Our system will dial any numbers that you set up including cell phone, home phone, office phone, satellite phone, and even new Voice Over IP (VOIP) phone services.
Integrated Web Portal ^top
Using our web portal you can manage your extensions, messages, faxes, settings, phones numbers, e-mail addresses and much more. You can do this at your convenience 24 hours a day from ANYWHERE in the world.

Our advanced reporting capability will allow you to see call details that you may have never known such as:

This innovative feature will allow you to go beyond the traditional name and phone number that is typically available to you. We use technology only available to toll free network users to gather additional caller information. This information includes the billing address as well as the name and phone number to where the phone is registered. Unlike others, we only charge you for a successful lookup (average success rate of 70%). Others build this charge into per minute fees while we continue to provide rates as low as 4.5 cents per minute and only charge you for what you use.

E-mail Delivery of Voice and Fax Messages ^top
Save time by checking one location for your voice, fax, and email messages! Email delivery, voice and fax messages left on your voice system can be delivered to any existing e-mail address or addresses
Voice messages and faxes show up as attachments on the e-mails we send you. Simply click on the attached file and listen to your voicemail or view your fax. Voice messages are played as .WAV files and can be stopped, started and saved on your computer. Fax messages are delivered by your choice of either a TIFF or a PDF format and can be viewed, printed and saved as well. Now you have electronic copies of all your messages that you can access from anywhere you can access your e-mail!
FAST Activation ^top
If you use a major credit card to sign up, your account will be created in real-time. You will be sent confirmation of your new toll free number and may begin using your system immediately. Additional features and options may take longer to implement.
Call Announce ^top
When your calls are forwarded to you they will be announced. You’ll know that our system is calling you with a HOT prospect. You can take the calls or send the callers to voicemail instead, giving you the power to decide how you spend your time. There are several ways for your calls to be announced to you:
- Call Whisper- We will announce your caller's name to you. Example- You have a call from John Peters. Dial any key to accept the call. This will allow you to save time by not talking to "time wasters." The caller will be asked to say their name before being forwarded onto you.
- Call Announce- We will announce a name of your choice. Example- You have a call from "Sales." Dial any key to accept the call. This will allow you to distinguish between business and personal calls.
- CLI Announce- We will announce the phone number of the person calling. Example- You have a call from 858-888-8888. Dial any key to accept the call.

Our system offers you the capability to forward the call to other mailboxes in the system. If you would like to point the caller to additional information or connect them to another user on the system you can.
Call Hold ^top
Simply press a key and the caller will be placed on hold to listen to our in-house music selection or your custom message (additional charge). Press the key again and you are connected back.
6 Second Billing ^top
We bill in 1/10ths of a minute. While others charge for the full minute even if the call only lasts 15 seconds, we’ll charge you for 18 seconds, thus saving you money.
Professional Voice Recording (optional, minimum $45) ^top
Choose from more than 15 voices; male or female, English, Spanish, young or old. Simply mail us a script of what you would like and where. We’ll provide you a quote. After your approval, our team will record the message(s) and place them on the system for you.
